WHAT IS THE C1HTTF?
The State of Florida has local task forces and coalitions which encompass every one of Florida’s 67 Counties. These Circuit Task Forces were established to combat this heinous crime and empower the local population with they information they need to help #EndHumanTrafficking in their circuit. The Circuit 1 Human Trafficking Task force spans Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties.
OUR MISSION
To build a network of partnerships in Circuit 1 that unites governmental agencies, non-governmental and faith-based organizations, victim service providers, educational institutions, civic groups, and concerned citizens to prevent the exploitation of adults and children in all forms of human trafficking, rescue victims, provide rehabilitative services for survivors, and support the investigation and prosecution of traffickers.

Provide HT resources, trainings, and materials.

IN THE FIGHT AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN CIRCUIT 1
Parameters for becoming a member of the Circuit 1 Human Trafficking Task Force
- Must support the mission and vision of the C1HTTF
- Must complete a C1HTTF Membership Application (see below)
- NOTE: membership applications are individual, you can not sign up your organization, although you man be representing an organization in the the Task Force
- Must present a PASSED, Level 2 Background Check
- Must adhere to the Task Force’s policy regarding confidentiality
- Must be approved by the Executive Board of the C1HTTF
